How do I return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please return products to your representative or call 651-336-2587 for further instruction. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase.

Exchanges within 30 days are available, if you wish to have the exchanged product shipped to you, an extra shipping charge may apply.
